We are looking for a dedicated Education Consultant to join our team at LB LIA Cileungsi. As an Education Consultant, you will play an important role in providing educational guidance and consultation to students and parents, assisting them in achieving optimal learning goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive English education consultation and guidance to students, assisting them in selecting suitable study programs.
• Work closely with students' parents to understand their needs and challenges, and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Monitor student progress, identify areas that require attention, and provide necessary assistance.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure coordination and consistency in guidance and learning approaches.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents, providing emotional support and motivation as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a college degree (D3, S1) in any discipline.
• Good communication skills (can speak English well), networking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work as a team.
• Positive attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, cheerful, and careful.
• Loves and cares about children.
• Well-groomed; your attention to detail in your appearance reflects your attention.
• Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals. (Own sales experience in education fields is a plus).
• Ability to work on weekends (half-day on Saturday).
