Role Purpose

The Education Counsellor will provide excellent counseling services to guide international students in selecting institutions that align with their learning and career goals. This includes advising on UK study opportunities, local education systems, culture, and geography, assisting with application documentation, facilitating enrollments, and promoting IDP products and services.

Key Accountabilities

1. Achieve pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets by promoting products and services, managing leads, applications, and referral opportunities, participating in events, and maintaining the database.
2. Provide outstanding customer service to students, families, and education providers throughout the process. This involves engaging students, providing clear information about admissions, processes, and qualifications, and maintaining regular proactive communication.

Required Experience

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a record of meeting targets.
• Understanding of the education sector and student placement into VET and universities, including immigration requirements.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Willingness to work from our Malang Office - Jl Surabaya.
