Role Purpose

The Education Counsellor will provide excellent counselling services to guide international students in finding suitable institutions that match their learning and career goals. This includes providing information on Australia study opportunities, local education systems, culture, and regions, assisting with application documentation, facilitating enrolments, and promoting IDP products and services.

Key Accountabilities

1. Achieve pipeline goals, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets by promoting IDP's products and services, managing leads and applications, seeking referrals, participating in events, and maintaining the database.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service to students, families, and education providers throughout the student journey, including providing clear information about admissions and qualifications, engaging proactively, and building student engagement.

Required Experience

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Understanding of the education sector, student placement processes, and immigration requirements.
• A Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Postgraduate Degree in any field; Australian graduates and/or experience as an Education Counsellor are preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work from our South Jakarta Office - Pondok Indah.
