Job description

Completed a Bachelor's degree. Preferably graduated from Psychology/ English creative writing/ International Business Marketing.

Have an experience in education consultancy/ creative industry minimum 1 year.

Good English skills, having IELTS / TOEFL test result is preferable. Mastering basic level of other foreign languages (Mandarin / Korean) is a plus point.

Excellent communication skills (in counselling & sales) in both English and Indonesian and interpersonal skills.

Attention to details, organized and efficient to meet deadlines.

A great team player.

Less than 35 years old.

Proficient at content creation (Instagram/ Facebook) & basic computer skills.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends.

Familiarity with graphic design / web design

Have a previous experience studying or working in English speaking country is a definite plus.

Have a car and valid driver’s license.

Job Descriptions:

Proposing and managing marketing strategies, budget & creating marketing reports.

Collaborating with outside organizations (including overseas universities).

Identifying trends and opportunities.

Assisting the students to choose the right Lengua’s English program.

Providing consultancy to both students and parents to choose the right program & study destination.

Giving accurate information about the schools, programs, accommodation, documents for university & visa applications & to ensure timely submissions.

In charge of company’s marketing campaigns such as: planning and organizing education events.

Achieve annual student recruitment target.
