EdTech Sales Manager (Based In Indonesia)

As part of our growth in Southeast Asia, we are seeking a driven EdTech Sales Manager for Indonesia to spearhead our expansion in this key market.

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented EdTech Sales Manager – Indonesia with at least 5 years of experience in EdTech or SaaS sales, particularly in LMS or e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with K–12 schools, universities, and local education government authorities in Indonesia. This role is responsible for driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding BeED’s footprint across the Indonesian education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow BeED’s presence in Indonesia, with a focus on K–12 schools and higher education institutions.

Identify, approach, and manage relationships with key decision-makers at schools, universities, and local education authorities (from district to national levels).

Present and demonstrate BeED’s LMS and digital learning solutions to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team in Indonesia, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation and onboarding to retention and renewals.

Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Stay informed about local education policies, digital learning trends, and competitor offerings in the Indonesian market.

Report regularly on sales pipeline, progress toward targets, and key market insights.

Requirements

Minimum of5 years of sales experiencein EdTech, SaaS, or the education-related industry.

Preferred strong knowledge of LMS platforms and the digital education landscape in Indonesia.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Existing network of contacts in the Indonesian education sector (preferably including private/international schools, universities, and/or local government offices).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in local Indonesian dialects is an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Experienced in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with resellers and agents to drive sales and market expansion.

Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed.

Background in managing education-sector partnerships or pilot programs.
