The role

Peachblossoms National Plus School is seeking an exceptional Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated and dynamic team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of our youngest students.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school's curriculum and students' needs
2. Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
3. Continuously assess students' progress and provide individualized support to ensure their academic and personal growth
4. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other school staff to share student progress and address any concerns
5. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with educational trends
6. Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's early childhood education programme

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a Kindergarten or preschool setting
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address the diverse needs of young learners
