Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Partner based in Dubai to spearhead the launch and growth of our new IT venture in the UAE. This is a unique opportunity to co-own and lead the Dubai operations of a high-potential IT business, focusing on large-scale digital transformation, managed IT services, staff augmentation, cloud solutions, and advanced tech consulting. The ideal candidate is a Dubai resident with a strong passion for technology and entrepreneurship, ready to invest, manage, and drive the business to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invest capital and actively participate as an equity partner in the Dubai entity.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the IT business in Dubai, from setup and operations to business development and client delivery.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire major clients and drive revenue growth in the UAE region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local enterprises, government bodies, and technology partners.
  • Oversee recruitment, team building, and day-to-day management of Dubai operations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on vision, strategy, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, market insights, and hands-on leadership to achieve business milestones.
  • Share in the profits generated from the Dubai business, with transparent and fair profit-sharing arrangements.
