Job Description

Role Purpose:

You will grow sales that achieve order and revenue goals in SEA for Network and Cybersecurity offerings. This includes selling Industrial Networking and Data Center Infrastructure Systems, Compute Assessments, Designs, Implementations, Cyber Security offerings (iDMZ's, Continuous Threat Detection, and End Point Protection), and associated Comprehensive Managed Services. You should have experience leading complex sales pursuits and engaging with clients at an executive level. Collaboration is key, as responsibilities include working with sales territories, management, domain experts, and strategic partners to Rockwell Automation. Global collaboration, project coordination, market access, and strategic planning are also essential.

You will report to the APP CON MANAGER, SEA LCS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for Rockwell Automation Network and Cybersecurity solutions, meeting revenue plans for Industrial Infrastructure, Virtualization, Cyber solutions, and Managed Services Contracts through a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  • Responsible for meeting quotas by negotiating and closing opportunities, collaborating with the broader sales teams.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasts and pipelines for Connected Services and related solutions.
  • Work with COE, PMO, Solution Consultants, and Proposal Teams to develop proposals and contracts.
  • Utilize global sales and marketing resources for opportunity identification and access. Act as a primary liaison between customers, regional sales, and Rockwell Automation Connected Services, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
  • Provide regular status reports to sales management, including forecasts, pipeline, and activity summaries. Monitor revenue and pipeline weekly using CRM tools.
  • Have a foundational understanding or experience with products, technologies, and solutions related to Networking, Infrastructure, Information Security, Virtualization, and Cyber Security Services to develop demand, close sales, and work across vertical industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Life Sciences, Heavy Industries, Food and Beverage, and Chemical.
  • Establish communication and engagement with prospects, working with product departments, delivery teams, global sales, and strategic partners.
  • Demonstrate and build sales and business management processes, including funnel reviews, target account progression, new customer generation, financial forecasting, and proposal generation.
  • Develop the sales team’s competencies through regular learning sessions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Collect market data to develop growth strategies and target account plans, understanding competitive landscapes and trends.
  • Achieve and exceed targets for business revenue and management goals.
Experience and Education:
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, especially in automation, engineering services, or manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to develop technical value propositions, demonstrate business and financial acumen, and quantify ROI.
  • Experience managing conflicting demands and expectations.
  • Proven track record in account development, executive-level selling, and strategic partnership development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in Indonesia is required; no sponsorship provided.
