Job description

  • Translating business plan into customer marketing actions with assigned trade budget
  • Monitor key business metrics and KPIs of marketing and trade initiatives
  • Develop and manage business plans to drive route-to-market for new product development (NPD)
  • Develop trade and activation programs, including strategic planning and execution of trade events and sampling activities
  • Conducting pre and post-event evaluations
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing for maintaining accurate records and filing
  • Support sales team to build business relationships with distributors to drive product distribution and penetration
  • Visit key customers and cities in the region regularly to identify business opportunities and issues
  • Provide market intelligence on market trends and competitor activities
  • Responsible for data analysis and provide insights related to shoppers, category, customer and channel
  • Plan and execute E-Commerce marketing programs by collaborating with distributors
  • Engaging E-Commerce platforms to manage online flagship stores

Job specification

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant FMCG experience, preferably 5 years in trade marketing background and minimum 2 years in sales.
  • Experience in working with distributors
  • Independent and determined to succeed in a challenging environment
  • Strong leadership skills and has initiative
  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required
