Retail Operations Support/Control Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Support/Control Specialist to join our team. The role involves analyzing store and regional team reports on product and display issues, communicating with relevant departments to develop solutions, and monitoring store product displays to identify common needs and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Summarize and provide feedback on product and display issues reported by store and regional teams.
2. Analyze issues, coordinate with relevant departments, and implement solutions.
3. Regularly monitor store product displays, complete tasks efficiently, and identify common needs for improvements.
4. Standardize and translate standards into a common language for communication with stores and cross-functional teams, and develop targeted improvement standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience handling O2O retail operations.
2. Experience as a data analyst or cost analyst.
3. At least 1 year of endpoint data analysis experience, preferably in retail.
4. Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
5. Willingness to travel frequently for business.
