Job Descriptions
  • Research companies to contact.
  • Establish relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
  • Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and schedule introductory meetings.
  • Make cold and warm calls to follow up or initiate contact, manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies to find effective methods.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to provide product feedback and request features.
  • Identify new opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets to expand our footprint.
  • Work with marketing to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to secure qualified appointments.
  • Maintain records of customer contacts and interactions.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, competitive.
  • Desire to achieve results and improve continuously.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products to SMEs/SMBs.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas is advantageous.
  • Proficient with productivity tools and web presentation software.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage oneself.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
