Job Descriptions
- Research companies to contact.
- Establish relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
- Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and schedule introductory meetings.
- Make cold and warm calls to follow up or initiate contact, manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos.
- Experiment with outreach strategies to find effective methods.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to provide product feedback and request features.
- Identify new opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets to expand our footprint.
- Work with marketing to generate leads and set appointments.
- Use strong selling and influencing skills to secure qualified appointments.
- Maintain records of customer contacts and interactions.
- Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, competitive.
- Desire to achieve results and improve continuously.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products to SMEs/SMBs.
- Track record of exceeding quotas is advantageous.
- Proficient with productivity tools and web presentation software.
- Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage oneself.
- Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
