• Develop and execute effective technical sales strategies for our products within the assigned territories.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Singapore and Malaysian markets.
• Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and comprehensive training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations to both prospective and existing customers.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
• Minimum possess diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Technical Equipment Sales within the manufacturing industries.
• Sales experience in Load cells, motors, ball valves, cylinders, pneumatics, and related components will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in Weighing automation field will be an added advantage.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated regions (2 – 3 weeks of travel per month).
• Experience in preparing comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant local market regulations and standards.
Salary: ~RM5,000 - RM8,000
- AL: 20 days; SL: 14 days
