A leading company in Surabaya is seeking a passionate Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in digital marketing. Responsibilities include managing social media marketing, conducting analytics, and collaborating with teams to develop advertising strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communication Studies, Marketing, or related fields
- Age range: 24-28 years old
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Digital Ads or Ads Specialist
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office
- Capable of managing, strategizing, and optimizing Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, and CPAS)
- Strong knowledge and experience in the field of advertising and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute advertising materials and budget plans
- Manage social media marketing and digital ad campaigns (website, social media, and the company’s e-commerce platforms)
- Conduct digital marketing analytics reports and analyses
- Perform research on market trends, consumers, and competitors
- Measure and report on the performance and activity of the company's digital marketing, comparing it against targets such as KPIs, ROI, and ROAS
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
