Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Calculate LOR for invoice releases.
2. Prepare daily reports on overdue customers, including gap analysis to inform strategy.
3. Analyze monthly LOR adjustments in relation to the second-hand market conditions.
4. Conduct site surveys for customers overdue more than 30 days and compile reports.
5. Perform monthly SLIK checks (on the 15th) for overdue customers exceeding 7 days.
6. Perform daily GPS checks for overdue customers.
7. Monitor installment collections.
8. Coordinate with Marketing Division to strategize on preventing account receivables overdue.
9. Manage and coordinate the repossession process.
10. Check usage realization of Operating Leases and coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Age between 28-35 years old.
• Experience in collection and asset management of heavy equipment within a financing company.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to analyze second-hand market conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel to remote areas.
• Possess a Collection Certificate from LSPPI.
