Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Define the main objectives, purpose, and scope of the project.
  2. Identify key internal and external stakeholders, discuss shared expectations, and obtain necessary authorization to proceed.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to create an integrated project plan focused on achieving project goals.
  4. Oversee scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communication.
  5. Assign tasks and ensure their completion as scheduled.
  6. Monitor project progress and manage the project’s budget.
  7. Ensure key milestones are achieved and compare actual performance against plans.
  8. Work with clients to obtain formal sign-off upon project completion.
  9. Release resources (budget or personnel) no longer needed.
  10. Review work of third-party vendors or partners to close contracts and process payments.
  11. Archive project files for future reference.
Minimum Requirements
  • University graduate in Business, Finance, IT, or related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
  • Over 7 years of solid experience in life insurance, pension, group insurance, general insurance, business, finance, or technology analysis in large-scale projects.
  • Previous project management and testing experience is advantageous.
  • Credibility, persistence, and confidence to manage projects, conduct workshops, and present to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organized, structured, and assertive.
