Job Responsibilities
- Define the main objectives, purpose, and scope of the project.
- Identify key internal and external stakeholders, discuss shared expectations, and obtain necessary authorization to proceed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create an integrated project plan focused on achieving project goals.
- Oversee scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communication.
- Assign tasks and ensure their completion as scheduled.
- Monitor project progress and manage the project’s budget.
- Ensure key milestones are achieved and compare actual performance against plans.
- Work with clients to obtain formal sign-off upon project completion.
- Release resources (budget or personnel) no longer needed.
- Review work of third-party vendors or partners to close contracts and process payments.
- Archive project files for future reference.
Minimum Requirements
- University graduate in Business, Finance, IT, or related disciplines.
- 7+ years of proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
- Over 7 years of solid experience in life insurance, pension, group insurance, general insurance, business, finance, or technology analysis in large-scale projects.
- Previous project management and testing experience is advantageous.
- Credibility, persistence, and confidence to manage projects, conduct workshops, and present to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organized, structured, and assertive.
