About The Role:

Managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relationship strategies, improve sales efficiency, and ensure data accuracy to support business growth.

What Will You Do:

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
  • Conduct market research and ensure the sales pipelines are aligned with the market opportunities
  • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights for business growth and customer retention
  • Collaborate with sales and other related departments to ensure the pipeline journey progresses effectively
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM-related initiatives and recommend improvements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or a similar role, preferably in sales or marketing environments
