HR Business Partner (m/f/d), Field - CS - HR

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Customer Service organization in Germany. This full-time role is primarily responsible for providing operational, value-added, and best-in-class HR services to the Customer Service teams, as well as driving and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a consultant to the Amazon Management Team, providing input on HR implications of business decisions and plans.
  2. Coach and mentor leaders within the CS organization.
  3. Implement initiatives to foster a culture of excellent employee relations and communication, contributing to a "Great Place to Work".
  4. Develop innovative shift models and create flexible working time arrangements.
  5. Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
  6. Focus on continuous improvement, share best practices with other Customer Support HR teams, and coordinate with functions like Payroll.
  7. Collaborate with HR Partners from Stock and Compensation & Benefits teams, ensuring trustful collaboration.
  8. Drive key HR projects related to people development, performance, employee engagement, recruiting, and staffing.
  9. Liaise with other business departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in an international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment, preferably with client groups in operations.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law.
  • Ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and optimize limited resources.
