Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop acquisition program in order to lead in the market.
2. Execute product development strategy, product preposition, competitive differentiation as a value added for product.
3. Implement strategic initiatives to increase customer base.
4. Create product/program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis.
5. Involve in the development and implementation of products/program and marketing communications to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved.
6. Manage day to day product/program, handling complaints and problem solving.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Exposure to banking and product development will be an advantage.
3. Good strategic and analytical thinking, proactive.
4. Good management, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Computer literacy with creating presentations, calculations & analysis.
6. Men or women are welcome with 1-2 years of experience.
