We are looking for a new finance colleague in Division Aftermarket at our location in South Jakarta.
What you can look forward to as a Finance and HR Manager:
- Perform financial management duties including daily and monthly finance operation activities, compiling and submitting reports.
- Review, analyze, and monitor operating results.
- Oversee the finance operations including implementing Group policies, planning and executing the annual operation plan and forecasting, banking matters.
- Support the stability and optimization of the organization’s profitability and report regularly in accordance with Group policies.
- Maintain the quality of internal processes to mitigate legal risks.
- Adhere to compliance policies and serve as Compliance Delegate.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and professional advisors to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Group procedures and policies, IFRS, local GAAP, and tax laws.
- Handle HR operations and payroll processes, including other administrative activities.
Your Profile as a Finance and HR Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance experience; HR experience is a plus.
- Profound knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and taxation procedures.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player, resourceful, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and handle routine operations efficiently.
- Experience with ERP systems/applications (Navision / SAP).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiar with local labor regulations.
