It offers a human-like, adaptive experience thatwows users and that no other tool can offer.About The RoleWith the release of Formless, we are now looking for a ProductManager. In this context, evaluating where to take Formless comes next.Ideally, we would build its capabilities inside our main product, where wecan leverage 150k customers and one of the biggest B2B SaaS funnels andbrands.Things you will do:Develop and execute on a product roadmap for the Insights team thataligns with the company’s strategic goals and leverages emergingtechnologies such as AI to maintain our competitive edgeWork cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, PMM andcustomer success teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of productfeatures and improvements.Conduct research and gather feedback from customers to identify theirpain points, needs, and preferences related to collecting, analyzing andprocessing responses.Define and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, andbug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and businessgoals.Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly and visuallyappealing interfaces for displaying and analyzing data.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that product featuresare built to scale and meet performance requirements.Define and track key performance metrics related to the Insightsteam’s product, and use data-driven insights to inform productdecisions and improvements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders acrossthe company, including sales, marketing, customer success and datateams.Make tough decisions, balance competing priorities, and communicateeffectively to drive results and ensure the success of the product.Participate to the Typeform Product Community and help us build andmaintain a top class product organizationWhat you already bring to the table:4+ years in Product ManagementPassionate about AI topics, eager to think creatively and findinnovative solutions based on current AI industry developmentsProven experience delivering generative AI features or similar productsto customersExperienced in building and launching new products or features as aProduct Manager within a cross-functional team, preferably for B2B SaaSproductsHands-on experience using product discovery methods, design thinking,and agile software development practicesDemonstrated track record as an impact-driven customer advocate with aconsistent history of delivering results for both customers and thebusinessProficient in gathering data through both qualitative and quantitativemethods and making data-driven decisionsHighly familiar with SaaS metrics, product analytics, and ahypothesis-driven approach to product developmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such asbusiness, computer science, or engineeringStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability towork collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability togather and analyze data to inform product decisionsFamiliarity with product development methodologies such as Agile orScrumKnowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitivelandscapeUnderstanding of technical concepts and ability to work closely withengineering teamNo one likes a guessing game — that’s why we listed the salaryrange for this role.
