Job Requirements:

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing a major account within a business. Coordinates the shipping of goods and assists customers and staff during business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage major accounts for selling or renting used HYSTER forklifts.
• Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure pricing accuracy.
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Identify current and future consumer trends.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards.
• Use information technology to record sales figures, analyze data, and plan ahead.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Ensure hours of operation comply with local laws.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Preside over staff meetings.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
