Job description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or B2B Marketing within a (maklon) cosmetic company, beauty industry, or pharmaceutical B2B environment
  • Solid understanding of beauty industry trends and the cosmetic product development process
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for global client communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing development and marketing projects
  • High motivation and strong passion for the cosmetics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Willing to work in Bogor or South Jakarta (Pondok Pinang)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities in the cosmetics/beauty industry
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams, along with market analysis and product briefs
  • Explore opportunities for market expansion and new distribution channels in the B2B segment
  • Analyze marketing and sales data, monitor performance of new and repeat orders, and provide strategic input
  • Collaborate with internal teams: R&D, Purchasing, Logistic, Production, and PPIC
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
