We are seeking a fluent English-speaking internal sales representative to join our growing team. The role is based in Indonesia, serving the Australian market with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries generated from our multiple websites.
• Learn about our product range to advise clients on suitable products based on their needs, considering purpose, budget, and deadlines.
• Prepare quotations for clients using our quoting software.
• Provide excellent service and solutions to clients, acting as a bridge between clients and our production & design teams.

Requirements

• Maximum age: 35 years old.
• Overseas graduates are welcome.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B customer service or account management.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
