Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell treasury products such as foreign exchange, money market instruments, and hedging solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and provide market updates and insights to clients.
• Understand client needs and offer customized treasury solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury sales or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and client-oriented.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Medan.
