Job Description:

Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the automotive industry? Our client, a prestigious tyre company specializing in both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segments, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  10. Placement in: SAMARINDA

Requirements:

  1. 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A proven track record of successful sales performance.
  4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  8. High school diploma; BSc/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
  9. Knowledge of the tyre, motorcycle and/or car product and market will be an advantage.
