About the Role

You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where you will get the chance to have direct exposure to C suites and key stakeholders, including international institutional lenders and equity investors. Deep analytical skills, project management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility: Investor relations

1. Preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables
2. Preparing responses to stakeholders’ queries along with the supporting data
3. Manage good relationships with the counterpart team

Secondary responsibility: Fundraise

1. Assisting fundraise PMO
2. Desktop research (e.g: industry, competitor analysis)
3. Financial modeling and analysis

Minimum Requirements

1. 1-3 years working experience, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
2. Ability in financial/business analysis
3. Knowledge of basic financial reports & accounting principles
4. Excellent presentation & communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and proactively
6. Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
7. Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience/internship is a major plus
