Key Responsibilities:
- Aligning human resource strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that people initiatives drive organizational success and support business growth
- Acting as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leadership, focusing on both operational excellence and long-term workforce planning.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and support talent development
- Bridge management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and other workplace issues
- Assess training needs, implement, and monitor training and development programs to build organizational capability
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and HR regulations
- Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures to maintain management guidelines
- Report to HR Director, providing decision support through HR metrics and analytics
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure talent capabilities align with business needs
- Lead and coach the HRBP team, coordinating activities across the business and championing people processes (performance, development, talent, reward, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems, databases, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of labor law, especially Indonesian labor law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and develop HR teams, manage change, and drive organizational culture initiatives.
- Experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
