What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the creative direction and execution of digital and print design projects—from concept to delivery.
2. Manage and mentor a small team of designers, providing clear feedback, guidance, and inspiration.
3. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand objectives and deliver high-impact visual solutions across branding, UI/UX, campaigns, social media, websites, and more.
4. Oversee and maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency across all client deliverables.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep JAIM’s creative work fresh and forward-thinking.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
2. Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, motivate, and mentor junior designers.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic and digital design work (branding, UI/UX, visual campaigns).
4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, or other prototyping platforms.
5. Deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user-centric design principles.
6. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
