Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client team (a System Integrator Company @West Jakarta), with a primary focus on managing and growing relationships with clients in the banking sector. As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring that the IT solutions we provide meet the needs and challenges faced by the banking industry.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum S1 all major, preferably in IT/Computer Science.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record in developing IT or networking business in the Banking sector.
  3. Familiarity with IT network solutions.
  4. Good networking and a pipeline of potential clients in the Banking Sector; familiarity with tender processes (BUMN or private banks) is preferred.
  5. Ability to work based on targets.
  6. Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new revenue opportunities, pursue new business, and develop long-term relationships with key clients in the banking sector.
  2. Understand clients' business and technology needs and provide relevant and innovative IT solutions.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand service offerings within current accounts, ensuring business growth.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams and product development to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  5. Analyze banking industry trends and understand relevant regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
  6. Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management.
  7. Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
