Job Responsibilities
- Engage and maintain good relationships with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, project owners, and other related parties.
- Develop the commercial air conditioner market and expand the network.
- Monitor project progress and ensure effective communication and relationships with related parties.
- Regularly attend industry events to network and build industry relationships.
- Lead the sales team to achieve the company's goals.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant or in project sales within the HVAC industry or MEP field.
- Strong product knowledge of commercial air conditioners and MEP systems.
- Extensive network with consultants, commercial AC partners, MEP firms, main contractors, subcontractors, dealers, project owners, and other related parties.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in presentations and demonstrations for B2B project-related parties.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team to achieve corporate targets.
