Finance Accounting Assistant Manager - FMCG - BSD (C-118750)

Our client is a Japanese FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Accounting Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in financial management for payment and receipt of funds, including financial allocation through checks and reviews of daily, monthly, and annual transactions.
2. Manage the company's financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issues, and management reporting.
3. Participate actively in budget control, financial planning, and analysis.
4. Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accruals from advertising and promotion, realization of advertising and promotion costs for monthly closing reports, and forecasting.
5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize advertising and promotion performance related to realization from POV accounting matters.
6. Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
8. Manage cash flow, monitor cash positions, forecast cash requirements, and recommend investment strategies.
9. Conduct internal controls and liaise with external auditors.
10. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
11. Perform administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position and level, with at least 3 years as a supervisor in FAT.
2. Experience working in FMCG industry.
3. Proficiency in Business-level English communication.
4. Excellent skills in Advanced Excel, SAP System, and Windows applications.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
7. Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
8. Willing to perform administrative tasks.
