Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with Bank Staff (RM) and develop a professional network.
2. Handle and maintain relationships with high-end customers in preferred/priority banking.
3. Achieve adjusted ANP from the set targets.
4. Communicate and collaborate with Branch Managers or other relevant positions to boost targets.

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Have at least 2 years of proven experience in related fields such as Bancassurance, Financial Advisory, Insurance, Employee Benefits, Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Account Management within the financial services industry.
3. Knowledge of Wealth Management or Financial Planning certification is a plus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Comfortable managing communication and relationships with executive-level contacts.
6. Excellent presentation skills.
