Job description

Meeting and exceeding your personal sales target.

Responding to inbound leads within your assigned geographical territory, employing professional selling skills to qualify, engage, follow up, and cross-sell.

Occasionally executing outbound sales campaigns through either phone or electronic media (emails, chat, webinars).

Progressing prospects to the next stage of the sales cycle.

Demonstrating Mettler Toledo solutions based on customer requirements.

Detecting up-selling potential, qualifying sales leads, and obtaining basic information.

Accurately quoting and promoting products, services, and solutions within your assigned specialty area.

Tracking, recording, and updating data to ensure database and reporting integrity.

Identifying trends and making recommendations on alternative sales offers or approaches.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma III / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing roles.
  • A daring spirit and a preference for working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience in selling analytical instruments is an advantage.
  • The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems.
  • Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly.
  • Preferably residing in the Bekasi area.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
