Job description

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or above; major in medical/healthcare preferred. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, health management, or related fields. Team leadership experience is preferred.
  3. Familiar with customer needs in the medical market; relevant industry resources are preferred, including MCU customer resources.
  4. Strong PPT production, public speaking, interpersonal communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
  5. Passionate, able to work under pressure, active, diligent, dedicated, with pioneering spirit and resilience.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote the company's products in channels such as hospitals, medical institutions, and health management companies.
  • Maintain existing customers, develop new ones, expand sales targets, and increase sales volume.
  • Understand monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; strive to meet and exceed them.
  • Gather and analyze industry feedback, providing insights on marketing strategies and after-sales services.
  • Plan, design, draft, and present marketing strategies.
  • Handle payment collection and after-sales service.
  • Assist with customer complaints and track resolution to improve satisfaction.
