The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Brand Manager with solid
FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience. You'll be at the forefront of driving our brand strategy, growing market share, and executing high-impact campaigns that resonate with modern consumers. You’ll own the brand narrative — from positioning and pricing to creative direction and campaign rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Drive market and consumer insights to fuel brand growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, sales, and digital teams.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry (a must).
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Passion for women's wellness, sustainability, and innovative products.
