Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market surveys, create sales plans, and analyze sales reports.
  • Responsible for setting sales targets and action plans to increase sales.
  • Build relationships with business owners to initiate the first steps in the sales funnel.
  • Able to maintain good relationships with clients and expand the network with new clients.
  • Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and guidance to all sales team members periodically.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience of minimum 5 years as a Senior Relationship Manager or Sales Manager; experience in finance, banking, or insurance industry would be an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for Sales.
  • Proficient and professional in conducting presentations and negotiations.
  • Accustomed to working with data and have strong analytical thinking, agile, and sharp in seizing opportunities.
  • Able to lead related teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Have a pleasant personality, honest, sociable, critical thinker, confident, mature, highly self-driven, service-oriented, and possess speedy response actions.
