Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Receptionist located in West Manggarai Regency. The Head Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various clerical duties. The individual will ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and guests, and act as the first point of contact at Dapur Tara Flores Cultural Center.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
