Job Description

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Head of Finance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key business drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and strategic planning initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CFA/Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in the finance or multifinance industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
