Main Responsibilities

This position supports the Manager in planning, developing, and controlling the accounting team to provide accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making. The role requires coordination with other departments, leadership, supervision, and conducting audits within the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in Accounting, Tax, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Accounting Manager or more than 5 years as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Experience in a Construction Company is an advantage.
• Understanding of tax regulations such as PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, PPN, etc., is a must.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Willing to be placed in Cideng - Central Jakarta, with willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
