- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through social platforms
- Actively monitor trends, viral challenges, and digital culture to keep content fresh and relatable
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
- Grow followers and boost engagement rate through strategic content planning, audience interaction, and community building
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our brand ahead of the curve
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in media, agency, or creative industries
- Experience in develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and content strategies
- Wide network and good relationships with influencers, KOLs — experience in handling paid or organic collaboration is a plus
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willing to WFO (South Tangerang, BSD CITY)
