Sales B2B Manager - Multinational F&B Ingredient Company
A proactive and strategic Sales B2B professional is needed to champion sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth in the FMCG industry.

Description
- Drive distribution sales within Indonesia to both Key Accounts (MNC/Regional Players) and SME customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Contribute to short- and long-term business planning to achieve market share growth across existing and new product lines.
- Manage new product development projects by effectively communicating customer requirements to technical teams and relaying feedback.
- Support the creation and execution of sales strategies for industrial nut ingredients, including volume, value, and pricing.
- Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to foster trust and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate new sales opportunities and cultivate them into long-lasting partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- Seasoned Sales Professional (10-12 years as Sales Manager) with a successful track record in Industrial B2B Sales (ideally Nuts/Commodities).
- Strong background in managing diverse customer relationships and Key Accounts (Commodities/FMCG experience a plus).
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to effectively engage with all levels within an organization, including senior management.
