Job description

OD Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating development initiatives that align with our strategic goals, with a particular focus on optimizing HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate on performance management, succession planning, and utilization processes
  • Use data analytics to assess the impact of development initiatives and recommend enhancements
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align OD strategies with organizational goals.

Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for improvement.

  • Design and implement interventions to improve team dynamics, communication, and performance
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workplace, Oracle, or similar)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • Having 7-8 years of experience in OD, talent development, or change management roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
