Jobdesc :
- Provide administrative support to technicians, including job tracking, data entry, and scheduling.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to technical activities and customer service performance.
- Handle and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and customer service, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1
- Experience as a Customer service or administrative role.
- Must have skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Empathetic, energetic, and detail-oriented.
