Job description

Supervise and assist the overseas branch in conducting monthly closing and financial reporting.

Analyze financial matters and perform monthly P&L variance analysis.

Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, such as project financial analysis.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of P&L and statutory reports, including P&L and balance sheet details.

Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Support business process improvements and automation initiatives.

Collaborate across functions to cover all financial aspects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with more than 3 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm or FMCG industry.

Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Proactive, team-oriented, fast worker, with good work ethic.

Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP S4 system modules is required.

Willing to travel and work across different time zones.
