Job description

The quality manager is generally responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards.

Responsibility

You have an important role in:

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Approve the right products
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
• Develop SOP & employee competencies to achieve optimal results
• Responsible for overall activities in the quality (QA & QC) department
• Will be placed in Karangawen - Demak, Jawa Tengah

Qualification

To be successful in this position, we need you to be:

• Minimum D3 in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent from Reputable University with GPA above 3
• Experience as a quality Manager and have a Minimum of 10 years experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Injection Molding and TV & AC assembly are preferred)
• Capable and familiar with ISO series, 5S, Kaizen system, and Safety
• Deep understanding of practical problem solving
• Have strong leadership and management
