We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative to provide expert medical support and contribute to strategic business planning as part of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan to establish the new immunization segment, targeting healthcare, corporate, government, and community sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand needs, barriers, and opportunities, guiding tailored engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, corporate wellness programs, government officials, religious organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to raise awareness, support immunization initiatives, and secure endorsements.
- Create customized initiatives for each target channel.
- Design and implement educational materials to communicate immunization benefits to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, with strong technical and professional knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Scientific knowledge with a patient-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
