An established industry player is seeking a motivated individual to oversee performance targets across various regions. 1.负责完成所管辖区域的业绩目标,根据总体目标分解成月度、季度、年度计划,根据计划执行并复盘结果;
2.监管所管辖区域门店,检查区域内门店的日常整体情况,发现店面违规及不合理的现象并使其改正;
3.负责组织门店活动执行,包括但不限于开业活动、促销活动、节日大型活动等,提升门店营业额;
4.负责解决并记录客户反馈的各种店面经营问题、设备问题、产品问题、投诉问题、食品安全问题等,为加盟客户提供及时有效的扶持,减少问题发生;
5.负责进行区域客情维护,及时维护好与加盟商客户的关系,注入公司企业文化,让加盟商客户与公司价值观一致;
6.负责整理区域关键营运数据,对数据进行分析,及时对异常数据进行处理和复盘,最终形成区域营运报告;
7.完成领导交办的其他工作内容。
〖任职资格〗
1. 中文流利听说读写能力,HSK4水平以上
2. 本科以上学历,工商管理、营销类相关专业优先,优秀者可放宽至大专,有相关经验者优先;
3. 熟练使用word、Excel、ppt等办公软件,对数据有较强的敏锐度,会视频拍摄和剪辑者优先;
4. 具有良好的人际交往沟通、表达能力,较强的分析和解决问题能力;
5. 良好的服从意识,较好的执行力,为人正直,自律性强;
6. 能适应爪哇岛、苏门答腊岛、苏拉威西岛、加里曼丹岛、巴厘岛区域长期外派出差(外派出差期间产生的酒店住宿费用、大额交通费用都是公司实报实销,每天有定额出差补贴)
