Job Description

  • Conduct Comprehensive Financial Analysis And Modelling To Support M&A Transactions For The Asian Region
  • Develop, Maintain Existing And New Projects, Handle Asset Management And Private Equity Businesses Belonging To The Company
  • Conduct Due Diligence On Potential Acquisition Targets And Assist In The Preparation Of Investment Memorandum And Presentations
  • Assist In Negotiating Deal Terms, Including Valuations, Structuring, And Financing Arrangements
  • Assess Industry And Conduct Market Research To Identify Potential Acquisition Targets And Strategic Opportunities
  • Develop Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Investment Bankers, Lawyers, And Industry Experts

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic investments, M&A and corporate development, ideally in the consumer, infrastructure and technology sector
  • Possesses professional and extensive knowledge of M&A and company management, skilled in valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation negotiation skills, with the ability to convey and influence complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for finance, with a strong interest in M&A and corporate strategy
