Chief Operating Officers (COO) – Fertilizer & Waste to Renewable Energy

Established in 1990, our company has grown into a dynamic holding entity headquartered in Singapore, with operations spanning energy, property development, infrastructure, and sustainability. We manage coal assets, integrated logistics, and housing projects across Tangerang, Bekasi, and IKN. In line with our long-term vision, we are scaling two transformational businesses:

Organic Fertilizer, converting waste into environmentally friendly agri-inputs

Waste to Renewable Energy, focused on green fuel innovation and carbon reduction

These verticals are key pillars in our green transformation strategy, supported by food estates, carbon credit initiatives, and long-term investment backing.

The Role

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead both the Fertilizer and Waste to Renewable Energy divisions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with cross-sector expertise in manufacturing, clean energy, and sustainable production. You will oversee plant operations, regulatory compliance, process improvement, team development, and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership
  2. Oversee all factory and plant operations across both business units.
  3. Build and implement SOPs, best practices, and safety standards.
  4. Ensure full compliance with environmental and industrial regulations (EHS).
  5. Strategic Planning & Growth
  6. Develop division-wide plans for scaling production and revenue.
  7. Partner with executive leadership to align sustainability and commercial goals.
  8. Lead budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
  9. Technology & Process Innovation
  10. Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization.
  11. Optimize biomass and organic waste conversion processes.
  12. Lead innovation in product development and energy output.
  13. Team Building & Performance
  14. Build high-performing, cross-functional teams across sites.
  15. Drive culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  16. Mentor mid-level managers to elevate leadership capacity.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Energy, or Industrial Management.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or clean energy, with 3+ in senior operations leadership.
  3. Strong knowledge of fertilizer production and/or Waste to Renewable Energy.
  4. Experience managing early-stage business units or facility setups.
  5. Excellent skills in budgeting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  6. Strong command of Indonesian regulatory standards (EHS, labor, compliance).
  7. Willing to travel and be based in Indonesia (with site presence as needed).
