Job Description

The Operation Executive is responsible for organizing supply chain operations to ensure the Company has a reliable supply of materials from origin, accurate shipping and delivery schedules, and coordinating the distribution of goods to customers. This includes executing cost-effective transportation services, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, and streamlining processes from order to delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Support key marketing and sales activities for agricultural products in Indonesia.
  2. Accurately enter data related to Sales, Purchase Orders (PO), Receipt Orders (RO), Delivery Schedules, and Clearance Costs into the reporting system.
  3. Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.
  4. Monitor and prepare documents required for local sales.
  5. Oversee warehouse needs such as packaging bags, yarn, etc.
  6. Maintain excellent coordination with customers.
  7. Coordinate with external and internal parties related to daily operations.
  8. Manage logistics and supply chain activities to control stock and delivery schedules.
  9. Prepare documentation for importation and customs clearance, such as PIB and Clearance Letters.
  10. Provide regular weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
  11. Manage and archive files systematically.
  12. Perform other ad-hoc activities as required.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in data entry and import-related roles.
  3. Good knowledge and experience with third-party logistics processes.
  4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and operate with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Knowledge of importation and customs clearance; experience handling agricultural products is a plus. Attention to detail and hands-on approach required.
  7. Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  8. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
